The Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Table rotates on a simple pivot system. Arm movements control the rotation of the
table by shifting weight, much like a teeter totter. Adjustable roller hinges offer three settings that enable you to
control the angle of inversion and rate of rotation. A tether strap allows you to pre-select the maximum angle of
inversion, and comfortable curved ankle rollers hold you securely while inverted.
Unlike most inversion tables you'll see advertised, Teeter Hang Ups F-series Inversion Tables are able to lock securely at full 90° inversion. While in this position, you can stretch and perform inverted excises such as crunches, sit-ups and squats. The table is self-controlled and can be unlocked with simple arm movements.
The Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Table folds compactly for storage in a closet or in a corner. The nylon mat can be removed for washing. Every table comes with an instructional DVD and laminated owner's manual. Minimal assembly required.
