Teeter Hang Ups Gravity Boots are designed to be used with the following Teeter Hang Ups products: the EZ-Up Inversion Rack, Inversion Bar and F5000 or F7000 Inversion Table. With the EZ-Up Inversion Rack: Gravity Boots can be used with the EZ-Up Inversion Rack, a double-bar system that offers a fully inverted stretch and is a great tool for inverted exercises (like crunches, sit-ups and squats). With the Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Bar: Gravity Boots can be used with the Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Bar, a single-bar system that offers a fully inverted stretch and can also be used for exercises. With the F5000 or F7000 Inversion Tables: Gravity Boots are an optional addition to the F5000 or F7000 Inversion Tables. These tables come with standard ankle clamps, however, if the user feels the need for more support around the ankle, the table can be converted with the Adapter Kit (CV Bar with Gravity Boots). |
